Truck Shopping

Better then expected

Have taken my old Ford there for awhile. Decided to check out a new used truck and had to have it. I liked the fact that the sales man added no pressure and left it up to me. Got a truck better than what I wanrted.

Excellent experience

Had been in the market for a new vehicle for several months and had come across the Bob Moore dealership online. I found a truck there and asked several questions and they were gracious and courteous during the entire process. After giving me the price I was comfortable with, I drove up from Austin Texas and closed the deal. I think it says a lot that they would go out of their way to make me happy enough to where I would drive five hours to buy a vehicle from them. To me, it was worth it.

2017 Ford Mustang

My overall experience was a great one, I went in looking for a new car because my old one was something I just didn't want anymore. I had been seeing the 2017 Mustang and fell in love with it, and Bob Moore has a bunch, all beautiful. I was helped by McKinley "Mack" Hughes. Mack was a great dude through the whole process, real professional and friendly, he did his best to help me find the right car for me. The one thing that really stood out to me was the level of customer service, every one who worked here were great people, all polite and all letting you know they appreciate your business. They gave me a great offer on my trade in, they have great warranty plans and I never once felt like I was being pressured. I doubt I'll be buying another car any time soon, because I love my new Mustang, but next time I'm in the Market, I'll definitely return here and would recommend them to anyone.

Your service department serviced a Crown Vic we have even though we did not buy the car from you and did great job. This was the first time to go to Dealer to purchase a vehicle in thirty years. My experience with Nikki Evans was nice.The days of strong arm selling are over. Ford Edge Sport purchase

I was very happy with my purchase of a Ford Edge Sport assisted by salesman, Wes Williams, who makes a senior lady feel very comfortable. He is passionate about his product and showed me pretty much everything including syncing my Android to the car. Krystal ran various options on financing to save me the most money and is also easy to talk to. Came back the following Mon. for the clear coating which Wes coordinated with Jose in the Serv. Dept. Jose was nice and got the coating done and my minor interior flaw fixed resolved so Wes could deliver my car back to my office by lunch as promised. I had previous experience with this dealer with a 2001 Explorer Sport and was always pleased with the service dept. The only reason I didn't rate the facilities as excellent is because it is a little cramped at the front with sales cubicles.
