Awesome experience

Kevin was great. He stayed late on NYE for us and went above and beyond to make our experience great. This is our third car purchased here in 3 years and will continue to come back.

Pretty OK guys...for car salesmen...

I went to test drive/purchase a used vehicle. Many other reviews complained that the prices listed on the car websites were lower than on the lot...and they were right. However, nobody quibbled and Carlos honored the on-line listing right away. I have to say, the "bargaining" stage is always the same and takes too long, but everyone was very nice, treated me like a valued customer and made me a fair deal. Coffee's not bad, either.

Search, Find, Drive and Enjoy Our 2016 Ford Edge!

We searched the internet for a 2016 Ruby Red Ford Edge with a tow package and panaramic roof, but could not find one near Houston, Texas. Asked my wife if she would be OK with a platinum color instead of the red, and she wasn't happy, but said OK. I searched for a white Edge to no avail, although there was one in Oklahoma City, some 500 miles away from us. I called Bob Moore Ford and spoke with Phillip Bostick, General Sales Manager, and we talked about price and purchase, but we didn't make a decision then, and the vehicle was sold. Phillip searched the web that night, and found a red Edge. Phillip called us with the great news. My wife's dream color made her smile and eyes twinkle! We bought the Edge, and I traveled to Bob Moore Ford to pick it up. I have never met a better sales manager than Phillip Bostick!! My salesperson was McKinley "Mack" Hughes who did an excellent job with courtesy, and explaining vehicle features and operation. I was treated with respect, honesty, and without any pressure of time restraints. I was introduced to other staff and found them to be helpful and courteous. Bob Moore Ford has put together a great sales team, and I would even drive 500 miles to buy another vehicle there even though I live near Houston, TX. Certainly enjoyed the wonderful experience, and enjoyed my ride home to deliver a belated Christmas gift!!!
