Most Friendly Customer Oriented Ford Dealership!
EVERYONE at Bob Moore Ford I have dealt with is absolutely MARVELOUS! This is the second Ford that I have purchased from Bob Moore. My first car agent Kyle Christian was FANTASTIC. We keep in touch since I purchased the auto. This time I was privileged to work with Kermit Denton. He is a great fellow. I enjoyed his stories and he took exceptional care of us. From the Manager to the Business office to the Service agents everyone is Customer oriented to the max! As an aside, the service department always takes great care of me. Jose Santos is the person I generally deal with. They keep me informed of what is going on with my vehicle while I wait. I generally bring work with me and work while my car is being serviced.

BOB MOORE FORD AGENCY
We are an older retired couple, looking for a new Ford Fusion. We were greeted by Kevin Erickson, who guided us through the whole process. He was a friendly "down home" type of guy. We liked that. We love our new Fusion! We feel we got a REALLY GREAT DEAL from Bob Moore Agency in Okla. City . We may not require another car soon, but if we did, I would definitely want Kevin to ne our sales person!!!

Used car purchased from online sales
I had a great experience buying my car and working with Jackie Howard and Kevin Erickson. The deal was fast and very easy. Communication was great and all my questions and concerns were well addressed. The completion of the deal took only about 1 hour and we were very pleased.

Trunk Srut Fix 2010 Focus!
Although the trunk strut was promptly fixed the service dept came across as cold and impersonal! There was no Thank You when I left! It left me with an uneasy feeling about ever buying a car there!

Too aggressive
My sale person was Kermit and he was excellent. I would buy a car from him again. He seemed both honest and trustworthy, not words normally associated with car salesmen. The only negative was the five emails and three phone calls confirming my appointment. Too much communication

Terrible Experience
First off if I could rate them a 0 star I would. My experience with them was awful. The salesman we were in contact with was Carlos and also the used cars manager(can't remember his name). We wanted to purchase an Explorer Sport from them and offered the highest Kelley Blue Book price and they decided to send it to "auction" , instead of negotiating price with us because it had been on the lot too long. They told us the vehicle wouldn't be on the lot the following day but what do you know, it was still on the lot the following week. My husband asked Carlos about it and he gave him the run around about how they didn't send it to auction but that a sister dealership was going to buy it from them. He asked which dealership so we could keep an eye out for it and he wouldn't tell him. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone!

Amazing Service!
I'll be honest. I showed up expecting to buy a vehicle. I had already went to the bank to be pre approved and had my check in hand. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had the pleasure of working with Mack. He asked what i was looking for and about a price range. Which was expected. But instead of instantly showing me vehicles. He went through all of the features available and asked what would best fit me. Once we finished that he pulled a couple trucks around. Test drive the first one. I really liked it. Got back asked if there were any other colors and I looked at a black one. It had a few less features so as expected was a little cheaper. Instead of Mack trying to push me to the more expensive truck that I really liked. He was very accepting of me liking the black one better and reassured me he wanted me to be happy. I expected him to try and convince me why I needed those additional features. But he didn't. So I get to financing and worked with Thomas. As I mentioned I was already pre approved. So I expected push back to use their finance company. They informed me I could have an additional 500 dollar rebate if I financed through them. I politely declined and wasn't pressured at all to use their finance company. They explained the pros and cons of the extended warranty. And when I expressed i would like tire and wheel coverage as well as resist all for the cloth. He was quick to work with me to meet my price point. He made it quick and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Bob Moore enough. Great experience, not pushy, fast, and most importantly. I felt like they were there to make me happy and not upsell me. 5 stars!
