Best Car Buying Experience so far!

David "Blake" was the "lucky" sales man that sold me my 2015 Ford Explorer. I didn't know what color I wanted, but knew that I didn't want white, black, red or silver. I went into the dealership to look at the brochure to see what other options were available and found the perfect color "Bronze Fire'! Since they didn't have it on the lot, David asked me what features I wanted and then he went to work. Within about 5 minutes, they found the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted. David was awesome! He came in on his day to make sure my car was delivered and that I was taken care of. There was NO PRESSURE and I appreciated that very much. Now on to Finance, where I couldn't have asked for anything more from Colt and his manager. They really went above and beyond for me and made me feeI as if I were important to them. I wasn't just "another car deal" or just "another customer". I am very grateful to Colt and the Bob Moore team. I got a great interest rate and I paid what I wanted to pay. Everyone was very friendly. I feel as if I not only bought a car, but I also made some new friends. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore to my friends. I will be back to visit very soon!

Awesome salesman

Came in to buy a car and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! David was great. He was very helpful in helping me choice exactly what I needed and wanted. No pressure and got me out quick. Which was great since I had a baby with me!

First Car Buying Experience

This was my first time buying a car all on my own, and I was very reluctant to do so, as it can be an overwhelming experience. However, after talking with my salesman, David Blakeney, I was immediately put at ease. He explained the whole process to me from front to back in plain, easy-to-understand terms, and gave me a wealth of knowledge as well as a sense of confidence i had previously not had in making my BIG decision. I left the dealership beyond satisfied and extremely content with an SUV i thought i would never be able to afford. By far my best car shopping experience hands down. I would recommend Mr. Blakeney as well as the whole Bob Moore Ford team to anyone out shopping for a vehicle. Straight, honest, and fair.

Finance a 2008 Buick Lucerne CX

Our experience with Carlos was great from the second we pulled up in the parking lot. Craig was a wonderful help with the financing and all staff involved in our experience were some of the best dealership staff I've dealt with. Thank you Bob Moore Ford.

2 Escapes in 1 day!!

We were looking for a good quality car for our 2015 graduate, I told David Blakeney he had to find a cute one that would distract her from a Nissan Juke.....It worked!! She absolutely loves her new 2015 Escape!! While we were in the process of buying it, My father-in-law decided he wanted something bigger than he had to haul his 13 year old grandson around, so David worked his tail off to find him a 2013 Escape. He absolutely loves his too!! I would highly recommend David and the Bob Moore Ford crew to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

ford edge great buy

We would buy here again and will recommend anyone do the same for a hassle free experience and ease of buying. David Blakney was very helpful and will always have our business. The managers especially Craig Webster was the best and went out of his way to make sure we got the price we wanted. It's nice to know good dealers are still out there.

Purchased 2015 Ford Escape SE

We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE on December 29, 2014. Justin Bowers was our sales person. He is a very nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional young man. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We visited three other dealerships and came back to Bob Moore because we felt so comfortable with Justin. We had an excellent experience dealing with Justin. He's the BEST!!

Purchase New Ford Expedition

I purchased a new 2014 Ford Expedition King Ranch edition from Daniel Myers and Phil Batson. I did most of purchase, including sight unseen trade-in over the phone from 150 miles away This was the most effortless vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. Great job providing needed information and follow-up including some follow-up questions after the fact. Definitely would recommend to others.

Purchased a Used Ford Edge

Thanks to Justin Bowers and Dan Gillespy for the most professional and absolute best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Because of the service I received from both of these gentlemen I have referred everyone I know and some I don't know to your dealership. Terrible Customer service to loyal Bob Moore Patron

I had been shopping for weeks deciding between 2014/15 F150 including participating in 2015 F150 road show. I never considered another franchise because I have purchased so many new vehicles from the Bob Moore Auto group. I usually work with the GM, however in this case Jason Hutton did not return phone calls or emails and never really seemed interested even though I bought from him directly earlier in the year. I dealt with a salesperson who was assigned to me by him on the last purchase, and on several occasions was told by her she was in constant contact with Jason and was told twice by her that Jason assured I would receive a certain trade value for the 2014 I bought in May and pricing on 2015 F150. When it came down to putting it together the deal I was assured completely fell apart.....A sales manager named Rayme got involved and completely ignored all I was told. Trade $6000 less, new purchase $1000's more for a total of more than $10,000 difference. I was so disgusted since this year alone I had purchased from Bob Moore Auto group 2 Kias, 1 Ford, 1 Infiniti, and helped my niece by a Nissan and now was shopping again for a Ford......all from Bob Moore, never even considering other dealerships. I completely feel let down, by Jason Hutton and his team and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this Bob Moore dealership or shop there again, if Mark Moore would ever like to discuss I would be happy to have that conversation. A side note I recently purchased a 2015 GMC from Bob Moore GMC and received the service and pricing I have been accustomed to at The Bob Moore Auto Group.

No way to make it right. Had several opportunities prior to losing me as a customer and failed. This dealership severely lacked leadership when leadership was most needed. I am disappointed with the entire process and still feel betrayed by those involved. I sold my 2014 F150 privately and have no reason to ever come into Bob Moore Ford again. Truly a bad experience.
