Dealer is slow and fails to honor contract
I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on November 8, 2014. I traded in a 2011 Explorer. This is December 3, 2014 and I have yet to receive any paperwork to tag the new car. Bob Moore also has yet to pay off my trade in. I have emailed, called, and even returned to the dealership. They have nothing but excuses. I bought a new F150 the weekend before from Reynolds Ford in Norman and received the paperwork and tagged the truck in exactly two weeks to the day. I'm not sure what Bob Moore's problem is. All I ask is that they do what we agree upon in our contract. Nothing more, nothing less. Long story short, don't buy here. Go to any other dealer in the city, but NOT Bob Moore.

Dear Josh Schultz, We do apologize for the delay as this is not typical here at Bob Moore Ford. Being a large Auto Group with a centralized accounting office, these things sometimes take more time than we would hope. Uodate: after writing this bad review of bob moore ford, I magically received a phone call informing me that my paperwork had not even began to be processed until November 24. In the meantime I had another payment come due on my trade in. The dealer asked me what it would take to make the bad reviews go away. This phone call from the dealer took place on December 4th, while my daughter was undergoing back surgery. I was sent the paperwork for the title overnight by FedEx and my trade in was finally paid off on December 6th. Since then I have received a couple of voice mails from the dealer asking me to call them back and talk with their Internet guy to help me remove the negative reviews. Nice try. Just do your job and you won't receive negative reviews. I have all paperwork and voice mails if anyone doubts the validity of my complaint. Long story short, buy from any other dealer, just not this one.
Unbelieveable!
I bought a used Ford F-250, the first Super Duty truck I've ever owned. The price was right, and Krystal Marazzi (my Sales Rep) made the experience very enjoyable. She met my needs, motivated her associates to do the same, and ultimately made the sales process very nice. She is awesome!

Great Help!
I've had poor experiences with car lots in the past -in particular a Nissan one- and was a bit worried going into this one, but it was great! They picked me up, got me a car that I love, low down payments and not only worked with me on the down payment, but helped me to find lower insurance! You really feel like the people there care, whereas with most car lots they seem to only want to get your money and get rid of you. I would recommend this place for anyone who is in need of a car. The entire staff were friendly and tons of help!

Sales Rep. Krystal Marazzi rocks ! And Jeanne Keffer, too ! I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in. I flew to Oklahoma City the next day, Krystal Marazzi picked me up at Will Roger Airport, took me to the dealership to see the Platinum. We worked a trade deal in about 20 minutes, and she then drove me back to the airport as I had to fly top Montana. Wen I came back the next week they agreed to meet me halfway between Tulsa & Oklahoma City on the turnpike, we made the swap, and I am a happy customer! Great job to all the folks there at Bob Moore, especially Krystal Marazzi! And kudos to Jeremy in Finance Dept for getting me 1.9% interest rate on my financing that very day! ~ Dan Howard

Horrible Customer Service
Called to buy a new truck. Couldn't get anybody to return my calls. Had to call them multiple times and still no call back. Finally talked to someone and they gave me a price on truck and agreed on it. Waited for call back and it never happened. Finally called them back and was told that they couldn't sell me the truck for the price we agreed on..... Called the next day and once again never got a call back. Found the truck I wanted the next day and bought it. Felt like they didn't want my business so I took it to a dealership that was friendly and actually worked with me..

Will be a repeat Customer!
We had purchased 6 previous vehicles from another dealership (the same dealership each time) and we were treated better at Bob Moore with our first purchase there than the other 6 times combined with the other dealership! We are loyal customers and will make Bob Moore our choice for all other vehicle purchases. Krystal was great to work with! Very friendly and prompt with after the sale promises! Kudos to Bob Moore Ford for putting the customer first...it is appreciated!

Just good people
Im 65 years old an have bought a lot of cars from dealerships in the past. Bob more ford was by far the best ive ever done business with.. The sales person was Zack, very nice POLITE young man eager to help an not any pressure at all just a big smile.. John the sales manager worked very hard to get me the best deal he could an the most for my trade..Grate guy.. Finance was quick an easy...They made me feel like they were working for me an not the dealer..To sum it up JUST GOOD PEOPLE!!
