I dislike the process of buying a car but the experience I had at Bob Moore Ford was excellent. Michael Burnett showed me several features I would have not have realized without his help The whole process was very efficient and in and out time was superior. I felt well taken care of. I dread the process of buying any car. Ben the manager and Michael Burnett, a sales associate, made the experience actually pleasant and very fast! Everything was explained well with regards to paperwork and Michael took the time to review the features of the car with us. I didnt think I needed this but he conveyed some very useful information. He even took the time to have the service dept buff out a small scuff on the bumper. I would definitely recommend their services.

Great dealership! Bought 2020 Ford Expedition, so far it?s awesome ? It came with Apple Car Play, which I totally love. Only thing I would love to see is somehow to have some gizmo to locate vehicle key fob. Like when I can?t locate my phone I can find it with Find My app. If the company could integrate that feature in would be super cool?

I went to Bob Moore looking to purchase a new Explorer RT. They only had 1 in stock and it was not the color we were looking for. Kermit was our salesman and made sure we got the exact car we wanted. They were able to locate the color we were looking for over 300 miles away and worked a trade with that dealership so we would not have to travel to make the purchase. The staff was not pushy like most car dealerships. Paperwork was a breeze. Will definitely be buying from Bob Moore Ford in the future.

I had done my homework on which vehicle I was interested in. It had been narrowed down to two, Honda CR-V and the Ford Escape. The Honda dealer was closer so we stopped there first. At the end of that test drive and price discussions, I would have said we could probably skip the Ford dealer. We decided to go to Ford just to do our due diligence. After seeing and driving the Escape, we liked it even better than the CR-V. The Dealership (Bob Moore Ford), Salesman (Gary Baker), and the car were all deciding factors when we bought the Escape. Love the color (Rapid Red), all the options, and the power from the 2.0 liter Turbo engine. The ride is nice and smooth as well. Great for long trips.

I was greeted right away, The sales staff are great, knowledgeable, and courteous. They got me the vehicle I was looking for with the payments I was wanting.

Walked in to trade my car in and get a new truck, came up just a tad bit short on the payoff for the truck but these great people worked with me and got me in the truck I WANTED for my price range
