I was weary of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, I've had numerous bad experiences with them in the past and wanted to stay away from dealerships all together. Let me tell you, the team at Bob Moore ford was the complete opposite, they made it very very easy, stress free and overall enjoyable. Chuck gooch, was amazing to work with. Everyone was courteous, professional. This is one of the few dealerships I would recommend someone to purchase a car from. If you want people that care, then Bob Moore is the place. Not only would I purchase another from here, but I would also work there, to give people the same experience that they gave me.

Mike and Matt truly valued my time and were clearly interested in making a long lasting relationship and ensuring I was happy. Chad got me a great deal on financing and was very transparent and informative. I have reccomended them to all of my Facebook friends as well. My wife and I where referred to Bob Moore ford. We set up an appointment to test drive a 2020 expedition. Before the day of the appointment Mike Riebe sent out some detail pictures of the SUV and was able to provide us with as much information as we needed before hand. Chuck Gooch was our sales person. He was very patient and informative on the vehicle. He was able to answer a lot of our question. Chuck was very professional and tentative. Ricky Fietz stop by and introduce him self and was able to help us out in the dealing of our trade in and our finance part. Ricky made sure we got the best deal they could possible get us. Ricky and the General manager pulled some strings that NO other dealer would. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. We did not feel that we where taken advantage we felt that we where working with honest people with integrity and respect. Chuck made the delivery of the car fun and easy he help my wife with setting up her sync3 and lord pass. Bob Moore has WON our business.
