This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever had and at my age I have bought several. Sam Buchs, my sales rep, made the buying experience relaxed with no high pressure tactics. Chad in Finance and Jason the Manager were all friendly and helpful. I have purchased from Bob Moore Ford in OKC in the past and will not hesitate to do so again. I drove eight hours from North Louisiana and it was worth the trip!

We were met at the door by Michael Burnett whom we had not met before. He rolled out the red carpet and treated us royally. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made the purchasing of our new Ford Explorer easy and very enjoyable. He then introduced Ricky Fietz and he also was very enjoyable to work with. When the car was ready for pick up, Michael took as long as needed to make sure we knew all there was to know about our new car.
