Positive experience

Sorry I dont remember who work on my car But people work with my car are really nice. Only one bad experience I have long ago when they forget to put the knot volt on my front tires and I drove the car away. Just imagine it what happen if I drive the car in the Hi way.

2nd truck I've purchased from Bob Moore Ford
I first purchased a 2018 F150 from this dealership 2 years ago and Kermit Denton was friendly and helpful through the buying experience. Last week I decided to move up to a new F250 and Kermit was there again to help me get my trade completed. About as painless as buying a new car can be! Thanks again, Kermit!

Bought a used car in March and I still don’t have the...
Bought a used car in March and I still don’t have the title, just excuses. I have been told used dealers have 3 weeks to get paperwork to you by law, I am on week 8 or 9 now. I also think it has been wrecked. It was in the shop the first week I had it and I still hear the same noise. It is a 2019 with 11k miles. Shouldn’t be any noises. So frustrated and exhausted.

1st time at dealership most likely the last time! Went in...
1st time at dealership most likely the last time! Went in for the works package which included oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection. Was pleased at 1st, service advisor Ryan noted that my truck had 2 recalls which he said he can fix them so I was thinking hey I found me a new dealership to take my newly purchased Ford F150, was pleased when I left dealership, got home noticed they didn't rotate my tires which was one of the main reasons I went to Bob Moore Ford! I called and talked to Ryan he said he would talk to technician and get back with me. So he did call me back telling me why the tires were not rotated, he said it was lack of communication on his part as to why they didn't rotate the tires. He said my next oil change would be free of charge on my next visit. He didn't try to make things right in my eyes, he could have told me come back up so they could rotate the tires and maybe next oil change is on them. You have one hance to make a good impression on a customer and I felt ripped off because I felt like I was lied to. Kinda makes me wonder what else they promise and don't fix. As a matter of fact I'm taking my truck to another Ford dealership just to make sure the recalls were fixed. To me it's bad business even if he forgot to communicate back to me, I felt like I was lied to.
