Service visit

I have had my service done at Bob Moore Ford on my 2016 F-150 and My 2018 Ford Explorer for several years and they always treat me well and do great work.

I took my car in because the AC wasn’t working properly....

I took my car in because the AC wasn’t working properly. I had a 10:30 appointment and my car didn’t even get looked at until around 3:30. I asked the service advisor around 2 if they had been able to diagnose the issue my car was having and he replied that they were still trying to diagnose the problem even though they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. He then asked if I wanted them to keep my car overnight to look at it some more the next day to trying to figure out the problem. At around 4-5pm the next day I called and asked if they had found anything wrong with my car and I was told that my car was ready to go. After checking the dashcam footage in my car I found out that my car sat in the parking lot the entire day and never got looked at. I brought my car back again when the car started having the same problem and showed the service advisor who then took it to have one of the techs look at it. The tech had to submit a report to Ford and wait to hear back from them. I have contacted them multiple times in the last few weeks and have not been able to find out if they have heard back from Ford.

Great Car Purchase Experience

i visited Bob Moore Ford late on a Saturday evening just a few minutes before closing time. Gary and the team were very friendly and were willing to stay late to assist me with finding the perfect pickup for me and my family. The entire experience was very relaxing with no high sales pressure and very little back and forth negotiating. This is my second purchase from Bob Moore Ford and I will continue to bring my business back in the future.
