The buying experience at Bob Moore Ford was excellent. All of the people that I dealt with were great and very well informed about the car I purchased. I don't like to buy a car, but the people that I dealt with made it as easy as they could to buy this car. It was a good experience.

Kermit was nice respectful no pressure explain things on the truck to me was no pressure and was really helpful Matt Thompson really nice good with the paperwork and explain stuff and everything that was done in the extended warranty and everything he did a really good job

There is a reason I continue to use bob moore ford to service my vehicles. Came in for oil change, fuel filter change, coolant flush, and a warranty fix. My ride cancelled due to illness. Ryan asked if I needed ride home, told him I lived to far and wouldn’t be able to get a ride back. He said they could pick me up, I declined. So he went on w work. Came back a bit later saying part wouldn’t be in until afternoon, I said no worries just do the easy stuff and we’ll fix the other part later. Said I’ll wait, told me if I needed to get lunch or anything to let him know and they could take me to grab something. Very nice. About an hour later he came back saying the part now wouldn’t be in until tomorrow, and that he got me a loaner. That’s service, didn’t ask for it, didn’t mind waiting. The next day, I called late afternoon asking on truck. Ryan said part was delayed and wouldn’t b in until later that evening or in am. I was freaking out a bit bc I needed my truck to pull my boat to dealership, and no the loaner truck I had wouldn’t pull it lol. He said they would have me ready to go by 830 or so bc his mechanic gets there early. Boy did he. Ryan called at like 745 saying truck was ready. I don’t know the mechanics name that worked on my truck, but thank you, you are awesome for working so early and hard to get my truck up and running. The whole experience was 5 star. I will continue to bring my truck to the best dealership around. Only wish I had bought my truck from bob moore, the salesman I dealt with when trying to find my baby was not the best, nor did they offer to build out my truck like metro ford did when nowhere in the US could my color combo be found. Hopefully my next purchase they bend over backwards to help me find it like the service dept did to help fix her. Thank you.

Had a great experince with the folks in the service dept. I had a recall on my 2018 Escape. I called on a Friday. Was scheduled that Monday. They even got my oil change done. Ryan Brosnam kept me informed while I waited. I highly recommemd this!

We have taken our truck to Bob Moore for any repair since we bought it. They have taken very good care of it. I would say they are very good. We also took our truck we had before this one there and had good service. That is why we still go there
