I took my car in. I was told I needed a power steering pump and spark plugs. I asked for the pump to be replaced. The SA says to me he would need to notify the warranty company I didn’t replace the spark plugs so they will know how I am maintaining my car. I pick up my car. I go to another shop to have the spark plugs changed. The shop tells me my car has 86000 miles and the spark plugs are changed at 100000. They asked why I’m I asking about spark plugs. I stated I was told I needed them. They told me to come back in about a year or 100000 miles

Overall I always get outstanding service from Jeff Gann . He great to work with alway keep the Customers in formed. Also if any problems arise Scott Parrish Will listen to the customers concerns and try to solve the issue to the best of his ability. Overall the only reason I keep coming back to buy new trucks here is because of the people in the service department.
