I’ve used Bob Moore for servicing my vehicles for about 10 years. Service has always been great, and customer service has been superb. Even though I bought my most recent vehicle from another dealership, I still come to Bob Moore for service.

The service dept was great! Very clean, prompt service, caring individuals with professional appearance who took pride in what they do! I felt like I could trust them to get me taken care of...and they did! Josh did a great job!

I had to take my car in for an airbag recall replacement. Everyone was very professional and polite. They told me it would be about 2 hours and they would call when it was ready. They did the work within the timeframe given and called as they said they would. I appericate that kind of follow through.

Dusty and the rest of the service guys are great! Diagnosed the issue with my truck and got the work done in the same day! Their shuttle driver dropped me off at home (In Norman) to get back to work and picked me up when my truck was done. You can tell that they take pride in their work and also the satisfaction of their customers!

Easiest deal ever. Everyone was pleasant and made us feel right at home. We had a deal in mind and Gary was waiting on us. He had the car ready to show. Got us to a deal in less than 1/2 hour. The financing was completed quickly. We spent less than 3 hours total time and we were treated like a valued commodity the entire rime.

Gary Baker is amazing! This was by far the best car buying experience we’ve had. Friendly staff and easy and quick paperwork. Fair price on our trade in. I love my Ecosport! I'd been thinking about buying a Ford truck for a while; finally did! While my vehicle was being serviced, I went out and looked at the F-150's. I found an XLT that looked interesting. I went to the Sales Consultant area and say a female...wow...a female selling cars. I approached her; it was Brittany Trattner. She found the keys for the XLT; I drove it; decided it didn't have enough of the bells & whistles that I have become accustomed to. She found a couple other F-150's and the last one was a winner. It had all my favorite bells & whistles plus a couple that I didn't even know existed. Brittany is friendly, pleasant and easy to talk to. It was a very open conversation...the best car buying experience that I have ever had.

Dealership has great people to deal with. Called in around noon and got scheduled by 1pm. Everything went great and was out by around 2:30pm.
