This dealership gets 5 stars because they sell Ford pickups, the greatest trucks ever sold! Nothing feels more American then riding in Ford, putting in a lip off a fresh tin, and driving down the road windows down mullet blowing in the air! I would also like to thank Ford for designing 8 beer holders into thier Trucks. Now by God, that is an American truck! Trump would be proud keep BOB MOORE FORD GREAT!

Took almost 4 weeks to get my car back. I received no...
Took almost 4 weeks to get my car back. I received no updates so I finally called and was told I could pick it up the next day which makes me wonder how long my car was actually ready to be picked up and nobody told me. When I arrived to pick it up, there were grease hand prints smeared all over the exterior. On the doors, the handles, the hood, fenders, and mirrors. There was also grease smeared all over the interior leather. All over the door, steering wheel, gear shift, and seat. And my gas light was on, indicating I only had 4 miles left before it completely empty.

Very courteous and was there to help us find the vehicle that we wanted. Not just there to push us into any thing they had. Would definitely but another vehicle from them when we are ready, and would recommend them to anyone.

First-Called to make appt for my 2017 Raptor. Service...
First-Called to make appt for my 2017 Raptor. Service told me to just bring it in between 0700 and 0800 and hung up. Second-called again the next day to ask for an appt. Appt was set for 0800 on Tuesday Jan 7th. I was told that if repair took too long I would be provided with a loaner vehicle. Third-service looked at my truck for 1.5 hours and then I was told they would have to send it to the body shop at Ferguson. No loaners available. But I could come back later in the week when they might have a loaner. Fourth-I spoke with service manager Scott and explained I had wasted 4 hours of my leave and now they were telling me I would have to do it all over again. Scott apologizes and assured me he would call me Thursday or Friday to set up a time to meet me with a loaner so they could take my truck to Ferguson. He never called. I called on Friday around 2:00 and got his answering machine. I left a message but he never returned it. I’m super glad I spent over $70K at this dealership and get zero support on warranty work.

Ford Ranger Purchase
Michael was new to the dealership, but did an outstanding job of showing the Ranger and explaining all the features. The test drive was very enlightening and he made the paperwork to purchase the Ranger truck a breeze! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process! He introduced me to the sales manager, Chuck, the sales manager was also very helpful there at Bob Moore Ford in OKC. I'd recommend visiting Bob Moore Ford before even considering anyone else! You won't be sorry!
