Good experience, did not buy truck because of last owner

Good experience, did not buy truck because of last owner and too much cigarette smell. Also the driver seat did not go high enough that I could see over the hood. Yes, I am vertically challenged.....

After their sales person directly reaching out to me and

After their sales person directly reaching out to me and stating that the vehicle I was interested in was going to be sold to auction they convinced me by promising and meeting my terms as discussed via text. I said numerous times if this was not even close to the deal to be honest and not waste my time they agreed. I arrive and The entire experience felt dishonest and manipulative. They could not honor the deal discussed on text with the sales person and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Melanie & Austin were amazing!

Melanie & Austin were amazing! Melanie was a hoot and fun!! Austin was very sweet and working hard to move it along as fast as he could. But the wait to complete the deal was ridiculous... 5-1/2 hrs - We got there at 2:15 pm and didn't leave until almost 8 pm. I was so mad by the time it had taken all the happiness out of buying the new vehicle. We were starving and extremely frustrated. Do not like the signing of paperwork on my phone either. Website didn't function well and too small to actually read the numbers. Advertisement on radio about the $18,000 VERY MISLEADING. Also was told no payment for 90 days then get into finance and it's 45 days. Still not sure if they "threw" in the GAP for free - feel like we ended up paying for it by looking at the numbers when I got home. Salespeople were again, great!!! Rest of experience not so great. I wouldn't buy there again.

Classic bait and switch.

Classic bait and switch. Kept being told truck was available and to come into dealership. However, once I asked for pics of the truck they suddenly realized it was sold. Then they suggested another truck claiming to be the same price and wanted me to come into the dealership. Once again asked for pics and for them to confirm price and they ghosted me.

I had a great experience with Kareem; he was patient as I

I had a great experience with Kareem; he was patient as I test drove and ultimately bought a new Jeep. The additional staff were all pleasant and polite; I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
