I was there to get new tires.
As always I received excellent service. I came in this time to get new tires. I always just stay and wait on my vehicle. They always get my work done in a timely fashion. All the staff there is very kind and helpfull.

I bought a new car
I drove to my Bob Moore Cadillac Dealer in Edmond, Oklahoma yesterday. I was just looking around when I saw Jonette Bauer (my sales person) and started talking about a new car. With the help of Clinton Stover (Sales Manager) and Jonette we came to an agreement. I am now the proud owner of a new Escalade. My main reason for choosing Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma is their service consultant (Diron Carter) who takes care of my cars. It was a win win for me.

My Cadillac dealer keeps my car going.
My Escalade rear door window needed repair. It needed a door regulator. My Cadillac Dealer was there to repair it in reasonable time. I really believe my car is only as good as the dealer I picked. My dealer has a great service department. I am very pleased.

Who likes creaking noise sounds in your car.
In my Escalade I had a creaking sound when I made a right or left turn. I could not find where it was coming from. I took it to my Cadillac dealer and Diron Carter (My Service Consulant) took my car in the shop and in a short time they found what is was and fixed it. I like a quiet car.

Bob Moore...no more. Repeat customer who will never go back
I live an hour and a half from the dealership. I requested sales associate, Macy, do a walk around the used vehicle for dents, dings or scratches. She texted me a walk around video and stated twice the vehicle was in pristine condition. When I arrived at the dealership the first thing I saw was a dent in the hood. I wasted over 3 hours of driving because she wasn't honest. Macy had the nerve to text me after I left the dealership to say "Surely, that is not going to stop you from buying a used car." Deceitful, dishonest, unethical and unprofessional dealership.

Mr. Dawson, the GSM, and I exchanged private emails. I provided him written and audio/visual proof that I was intentionally misled by his employee. He chose to believe it wasn’t intentional, but I vehemently disagree.
