I always give excellent reviews for Bob Moore Cadillac Edmond and the good service I have received since 2006 purchasing 6 new are used vehicles(2). This particular time I was not satisfied with the tires for my wife's 2015 ATS that have been deflating (slow leak) and no problem with the tire was told her. I've inflated the tire frequently for the last three weeks and there is a problem with it but none detected by the technician evaluating the problem. I've been a very loyal customer since 2006 and something needs to be done. Pls give me a solution to this continued problem. Thx Terry L Davis.

My experience was GREAT! at Bob Moore Cadilac Ms. Bauer and Mr Gibbs were a joy to work with very professional made you feel like you were wanted there not just for a sale. I would recommend any of my friends to take the drive from Lawton to Bob Moore Cadilac love them and will continue over the years doing business with them.

Mr. Carter and his team continue to provide me with excellent service and advice on my car maintenance. Mr. Carter takes the time to listen to and take care of my concerns. He always provides me with a loaner car, making sure service never inconveniences me. It’s nice to know dealership employees who care about giving top attention and service .

Bad all around
We purchased a New Cadillac here in 2016, and have had nothing but problems since. The service department is Horrible. We took the car in within a year of buying it cause the head unit went bad, and were told they weren't surprised, as this was a Very common problem with our car. We took it another time due to a recall, and while it was in service, we asked them to go ahead and change the oil, since it was due a Week later, and they "forgot to change it" and had us pick up the car. When we realized their mistake, they told us to just bring it back again the next day. We had paid for the additional rim and tire coverage and when the sidewall of TWO of the tires blew out (on opposite sides of the car) with only 20k miles on it, we called the dealership. We were 30 minutes from the dealership and instead of them sending a vehicle to pick us up and having our car taken to the dealership, LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, they gave us a phone # for a towing company. We waited 3 hours for the tow company and were told it would be $175. So, my husband called the dealership back to find out why we were receiving such bad service when we paid for the coverage, and they told him to DRIVE the car to the dealership in Norman if that was closer?? We live in Edmond and had out of state company coming to our house (who arrived at our house while we were sitting stranded.) My husband ended up driving the car himself, to the Edmond dealership. It was then we were told they made a mistake and should've come to get us and picked up the car themselves. SERIOUSLY? In addition, the receptionists/answering service for this dealership is the absolute worst. You will almost Never get in touch with the person you called for. You can expect to be transferred several times before being dumped into an empty mailbox, or get transferred to the Norman dealership, or be disconnected. It's the most frustrating thing to try to get someone from the dealership on the phone. The Manager I spoke with had Zero empathy, when I tried to voice our frustrations about the poor service. Not a single apology, not a single moment spent trying to reassure us he'd address the issues with the responsible parties. Nothing. We just bought Two cars this Saturday from another dealership in Edmond, and when we tried to call Bob Moore to cancel the additional packages we purchased from their finance department, we were put through the usual bad service loop. We left a message and no one called back by Monday. We called 4 times Monday morning before we could get on the phone with someone from Finance, who asked all the cancellation questions, but never sent the email for us to sign. We called again all afternoon, and finally, after speaking with the Manager AGAIN, we received the email, with the excuse that the dealership is busy selling cars 'cause it's the end of the year. Well, Bob Moore! You Could have sold TWO more to us, if you had better service. We (and our friends and family) will never buy from Bob Moore Cadillac again.

Riding smooth again
My 2016 Escalade Cadillac was riding bouncy. I took it in to my Cadillac dealer in Norman and to my surprise my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Diron Carter my Service Consultant, gave me a date, just before Christmas and now it rides great again.

Wheel repair
Service department could not be better! I was able to get my car in the very day after I called and it was ready to go by 8 AM the next day.
