We traded a truck in very nice brand new truck for used

We traded a truck in very nice brand new truck for used one put down $10,000 cash yep that way contract says but according to them but they frauded the contract it was 2 credit cards and 1,000 cash it breaks down they hang up on us at first then said we was dialing wrong number they put a fake warranty number on our contract try call it today it is still fake !! You are told once you tow vehicle in they work on it while your waiting for someone pick you up and your tools they tell you sorry we can’t help you we can’t get you a rental nor another vehicle to drive while your truck Being worked on well okay so we sit home for 2 weeks !!!! Then mechanic texted us said I have given up on the truck but we was forced into another truck cause we needed to get back to work not knowing truck we was going get into break down on our first day back on a job… we’ll Duncan towes it here we go trying find someone pick up our tools out of the truck … We’ll we get call hey truck ready it’s fixed great we will pick up that day well we drive it two days later on Saturday on my way to my birthday dinner to meet with family and friends we are broke down again so we contacted mechanic and he came out and we payed him $400 cash fix the truck, very grateful he came out fixed it had it ready for when we got back to truck… well that Monday on way work we had cancel work cause truck was smoking so bad we then finally take it to Boones Disel Mechanic where he fixed it and held it for 4-5 days so more days off work… that costed us $1400.00 cause that warranty they sold us for 2nd truck that we payed Duncan over 200 for policy wouldn’t cover it what do you know hmmm 🤔 after fees and not making a transfer I did what I felt was right in my heart to do board of Virginia motors told me they could have transferred everything over they could gave us a credit for dmv fees and maybe wave $400.00 process fee too at least one of the trucks make it right or at least try make it right he was hateful ! Downright disrespectful whole time as he had do this plenty of times with other customers , they get away with so much and playing with peoples lives and money it has be investigated and put to a stop immediately.

Very poor decision they are corrupted I never would ever

Very poor decision they are corrupted I never would ever imagaine going through what they put us through sold us a truck that they knew it was bad vehicle cause word gets around in Franklin co ! Then thay breaks down they wouldn’t transfer any of the money we put down on this truck for 2nd truck made us start all over with only 900 down for 2nd truck they are truly a night mare cause they force us in 2nd truck that broke down after they wouldn’t let us get a rental or give us anything to use , we lost our business now struggling since they did this to us !!!! Lost all our jobs thanks 🙏 We don’t appreciate it one bit

What a nightmare trade truck in breaks down they ask you

What a nightmare trade truck in breaks down they ask you to tow it in you call warranty number on paper and wrong number not even in service caused me not be able to work for 2 weeks claimed they didn’t have us anything drive they try fix vehicle says sorry we given up on vehicle , but claims we can just start you over make and you pay all fees again as well as taking your money from 1st vehicle but not transferring into but second truck frauded n breech contract , as well as they told bank we had cash but that was false please do your self a favor and run as far way from this dealer as much as you can check reviews they do this to so many people and don’t have compassion or the integrity make it right this company don’t even deserve one star very shady and disturbing what there getting by with so please check others out before visiting here

Bought a vehicle, (Jeep 4x4) the salesman said had been

Bought a vehicle, (Jeep 4x4) the salesman said had been gone over and inspected, found nothing wrong, and it was a good sound vehicle. Turns out it's a piece of crap. Among other things, the 4WD does not work. Needing 4WD was the reason I purchased the vehicle. They will do nothing about it. The salesman lied about everything. I do want the salesman, and the dealership to know this. The Bible, God's word, tells us that lying or misleading someone to make a sale is called ill-gotten gains. (You stole the money).

TLDR: sold me a car with pretty major front end damage

TLDR: sold me a car with pretty major front end damage they covered up on online advertisements, broken radio, belt whine, and broken airbox. but they did fix the belt and air box still trying to work with them to get it the structural damage fixed. Let the saga begin. After a long search I thought I found the perfect car 2014 Xterra low miles good service record and only one small accident on the bumper. Gave anthony a call. He seemed nice and sent me pictures of the car. It looked good but the cup holder was missing and he said he would take care of it.and i asked him “hey is there anything else wrong with the car?” Nope! Looks all good super clean car! Passed inspection!I drive 5 hours to go see the car early in the morning. I meet Anthony there when they open. We go on a test drive….. Hmm the radio doesn't seem to work? No worries, we will look at it ! i fill out the paperwork. The car is a mile! And anthony hands me a check for 300$ to fix the radio.100 miles down the road I hear something a light belt squeak….. No big deal it was cold I’ll look at it later. Get home now it is a constant belt squeak, weird when I was looking in the engine bay i notice some weird marks and a hole…. In the air box of the air intake. (see picture attached). Text anthony and he sais he will call me in 15 (its 9ish AM) well 4 hours go by.. I call him he says hes busy with customer… well about 6pm i get a call from jeff (sales manager) great guy says he will pay for the air box and belt to be fixed jeff is an awesome guy super kind. Well the next day rolls around and my girlfriend said hmm i wonder what the horn sounds like? ……….. Nothing happened. Weird should have been checked during inspection. Weird.. Well out of rage I search and try to find the fuse to the horn. And there is none. Gave them a call and they said they checked it and it worked. Must have had one of those fancy imaginary fuses. After heading back from the auto repair the car has been in a pretty major collision front end and needed to see a body shop and is missing a fan shroud so it will over heat during the summer. Will update if they decide to stand by there word, inspection they said they did, and honesty. Let the saga begin.
