Made a bad purchase and returned 3 weeks later to trade out for another vehicle. This dealer worked with me to get everything taken care of so I left happy. I would use them again. Also, salesman Justin helped me through this whole process.

Not sure why only five stars are showing. I bought the jeep there brand new summer of 2021 with 8 miles on it. Had it use thr body shop for a bump on my car. Todd was excellent caring honest and sincere I trusted these people. I decided since I needed. My car inspected any ways to go ahead and do that too. Keep new in good shape. Never went in a trip. Less than 24000 miles on jeep. To my surprise some girl called me and said your care was rejected and you have two options. One to pay 940 for two front tires or something else for all four. I can’t remember exactly what she said. Surprised me because my tires had tread on them ?? I said reject it and I’ll deal with it. Directly after I got my car I took it to another inspection center in rocky mount. He looked and measured and said. Yes I do believe those should have passed. I won’t mention any names. But I bought a brand new jeep from this place and gave them my body work service because they were not on the list. And they pulled this crap on me. I understand about techs being truthful and doing their job correctly but in this case they must of not liked me because I had enough tread on my tires. Mr Pauly I hope it’s not about the money when your techs reject vehicles for no reason ? I will have checked further. No worries. Maybe you were right but everyone I have talked too says tread is plainly over 2.36. Do better by your customers that bought vehicles off you lot be honest. Don’t just try to make more money. I’m not going to buy tires for you. Aside from Todd in thr body shop customer service was not good. Th roast who called me was rude and not knowledgeable. About what she was talking about. She just gave me two options. I took the third. Reject it.
