Great dealership

I bought a used pick up truck from Duncan and it had a couple things wrong with it. When I took it back to them and they took care of problems no questions ask. Warranty covered all of it. The lady service writer is very very nice helpful very courteous and so nice you just wouldn’t believe. They will take care of all of your needs. Go check them out

Recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan van from Myca at Duncan. He made it super easy being I was coming from a couple hours away. He had the vehicle waiting up front for me to look over and test drive. No pressure and easy going dealer and salesman.

I wish I could give a no star they don’t even deserve the

I wish I could give a no star they don’t even deserve the first star ! The motor vehicle board of commonwealth of Virginia is contacting them they took 10,000 of my money after 3 days we broke down WE had get it towed in as if it was our problem !! This vehicle was warranty with 3,000 miles or 3 months .. I own my own business so I needed vehicle not only did they say we don’t have vehicle for you to drive well you call someone rent us one so we can work but whatever we just took 2 weeks off work and then after mechanic letting us no it’s a no go and he’s lost faith in truck nothing working after attempting to fix it 5 times… so with that being said we came in asked for money bank or get us TRANSFER to another vehicle he said I CANT give you your money back and I said sure you can. Then he starts to mention that we can’t do fees back on vehicle or taxes cause we have do it for everyone so I left, after him showing I will only be getting down payment of 900.00 i immediately left to go talk to lawyer and dmv the va board of motors told me on phone they can do it they just pretending they can’t cause vehicle broke down 3 days later they could waived processing fee of 499 if anything but he pretty much made us chose vehicle there cause we didn’t want another vehicle from them wanted my money back and reimburse for what they did wrong but by Grace of God on my side I will push forward and get this court asap Money don’t come easy and steal from mom of 2 kids that self employed not steady income is down right dirty and they will have there day in court very soon once everything is together …Please protect your self please 🙏 I would hate for this happen to them the sales person set there watching me balling my eyes out they know they ripping people off. And they will not CONTINUE to do so I will put stop to this. Immediately
