Loyd and his team were amazing to work with! Got my car fixed a day sooner than expected, listened to my concerns and issues and got right to work! They are the ONLY dealership I enjoy working with and trust with my vehicle. Their expertise and customer service is unmatched. They take care of their customers and make sure they are back on the road quickly. They also don/t add any unnecessary services and are extremely up front with their diagnosis and advice for fixing the problem. They are a joy to work with and I will be using them for my vehicle whenever its needed!

Chelsey was extremely efficient in selling us a new vehicle! She was knowledgeable and quick to complete all the necessary steps (many virtually) so the process was smooth. As always from the time you walk through the front door till the time you leave you get good quality care. The time it takes to service your car is always short, you never have a long wait time. The service guys are always polite and ready to serve, they take the time to explain and answer any questions you have. I would recommend them to anyone!! I gave this 5 stars because that is the most I could give. The service by Loyd was excellent. I gave quality of repair a 5 as well but I have only had the car back a couple days so I really can't say over long term but right now I an very happy. I would definitely recommend your service shop to anyone. When it comes time to buy another vehicle I will in all likelihood be purchasing another Hyundai. I love my car and I love that Duncan is there to help when I need it.

This visit was for recall related repairs which were at no charge. The work was done in the indicated time frame and we are happy with the work.
