These folks are poor.
These folks are poor. Sales experience involves customer doing all the work. They get offended easily; unprofessional. They don’t do what they promised; breach of contract. They take out their frustrations on your vehicle; unacceptable. You still wind up paying top dollar; your money. Analysis; shop anywhere but here.

Bought a 2022 suv yesterday did not get a remote key only a key like a house key.you have to lock door from inside.talked with salesman no help at all.

Poor service
This place took 2 hours to complete simple oil change and inspection. Also charged $40 I stad of $10 for simple tire rotation, they remove the tires for inspection. I had 8 am appointment, was not out of there till after 10am. Will not be back

Brett Spencer was Amazing
I bought a 2021 Honda Civic from Brett Spencer. He was very helpful and was able to get me a good deal on it. He was very nice and personable. I would definitely buy from him again. There was a small issue with the car and they fixed it right up. They loaned me a car to use and my car was ready next day. Super nice people. It was very fast and I loved that I was in and out within a couple hours.

Clifton Paige was a wonderful salesman. he explained all the features of the new car I was buying and compared them to the car I was trading in. He made sure the car was sparkling clean and signed me up for OnStar and Sirius XM. He also gave me very precise directions to program my new car to my garage door.

Do NOT waste your money or time
Uneducated service department and improperly managed facility. My vehicle isn?t fixed in fact it?s worse and the ?shop manager? admitted what they brought it in and fixed had nothing to do with the sound he heard after HE drove it for 5 minutes at my request after I picked it up and turned right back around because it wasn?t fixed.
