Berglund Chevrolet Buick

I bought a 2021 Honda Civic from Brett Spencer. He was very helpful and was able to get me a good deal on it. He was very nice and personable. I would definitely buy from him again. There was a small issue with the car and they fixed it right up. They loaned me a car to use and my car was ready next day. Super nice people. It was very fast and I loved that I was in and out within a couple hours.

Clifton Paige was a wonderful salesman. he explained all the features of the new car I was buying and compared them to the car I was trading in. He made sure the car was sparkling clean and signed me up for OnStar and Sirius XM. He also gave me very precise directions to program my new car to my garage door.

Uneducated service department and improperly managed facility. My vehicle isn?t fixed in fact it?s worse and the ?shop manager? admitted what they brought it in and fixed had nothing to do with the sound he heard after HE drove it for 5 minutes at my request after I picked it up and turned right back around because it wasn?t fixed.

I bought my Blazer from another dealership but take it to the service dept who Marvin the service advisor is awesome, great service along with exceptional customer service. A thank you to all the mechanics who do a great job on my vehicle and trust them to do the work. Thanks, Chris Schwallenberg

I would like to update a previous review I wrote earlier. I wrote a bad review on Berglund Chevrolet Buick earlier this week because I wasn’t fully informed of issues on the paper work of a 2019 Mustang I had purchased. I finally was contacted by the Sales Manager Brian Thompson and he patiently went over the paperwork and supplied me with paperwork that was missing. Through this I found that the deal and transaction was superb. David Pitts was my salesman and he did a great job for me on the price and financing. The team at Berglund are great people and I highly refer anyone that is looking for a new or used car to visit Berglund Chevrolet Buick. If I could give more than five stars for this dealership I would. They are great people and will offer great deals and work hard to please the customer. A+A+A+.

Kevin Martin was amazing to work with. He was truthful with us the whole time and got us in the car I wanted. If you need a car please check him and the family out. I love love love my new car thanks Kevin you are the real MVP!!!!!!!
