They provided excellent customer service with a quick repair.

My Enclave has been making erratic popping sounds that seem to be coming from underneath the front of the vehicle. Customer Service has been diligent in trying to find and fix the problem. I give them an a+ for that. Unfortunately, the car doesn't make the sounds for them. That said, the problem persists and is very irritating especially considering that it cost almost $55,000. The ride should be flawless, really, with only 27,000 miles on it.

Buddy Davis went above and beyond to make my experience great. He was very responsive and made the buying process quick and easy. Cleaned the car thoroughly, installed new tags and plates (saved me a trip to the DMV), and went over any questions I had. Overall excellent service provided by Berglund!

My husband and I went into Berglund Chevrolet in Roanoke, I knew exactly what I wanted. They did not have it on the lot. Mr. Jarrell checked and told me they were expecting the one I wanted to be there in 4 days. True to his word the Traverse came in and he called to let me know, 2 days later I was driving the Traverse home! I had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. The next time I'm in the market for a new car, this will be where I'll be shopping!

No issues. Great Customer Service. Was greeted with respect of the customer in mind. Easy appointment and drop off. Service writer Charlie Hatcher made sure I was fully taken care of in all aspects of the repair. Great Job to the Berglund Team and the Tech that worked on my vehicle.

We need to bring the car back next week. The problem still not solved.
