Did not honor warranty
Why did another dealership have to honor the warranty on our Ford Fiesta. Ramey charged us $106. to tell us yes your transmission failed. All we ever got was the run around. The car broke down 2 miles from Ramey and we had it towed over 50 miles to be fixed at another dealership. A letter sent to Ramey has gone unanswered. This dealership gives Ford a poor reputation.

Ramey Ford Princeton
My boyfriend Stephen and I aren't very happy with the purchase of our new car from Ramey Ford in Princeton. LT was a great person to work with and was very helpful. Charity and the finance gentleman were great to. They all took care of our needs and was very courteous. And didn't have to wait long. Best experience we have ever had buying a car!!! I just bought my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium at Ramey Ford in Princeton WV and Darryl Clark and Justin Hall were awesome to work with! They searched and searched to get the exact car I was asking for and worked extremely hard to meet my budget and succeeded!! I won't go any where else to buy a vehicle!!!

Friendly and honest
I was nervous about buying a used car but the folks I worked with at Ramey were knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I had done my homework beforehand and got a price that we were all pleased with. Great, friendly service. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

I really appreciate LT Schoonover getting me the truck I wanted and making it easy to purchase . I really like the truck and am very happy with how it has performed . I had a hiccup with the financing dept but I can't hold that against LT. Thanks again LT! I would recommend LT as a sales person, he is professional, listens and gets exactly what you want !
