We got an excellent deal at Ramey Ford on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. LT helped us to understand how to navigate the Chase Car Buyers Service since we had never used that. We were able to pre-qualify for the loan through an online application process and everything we settled within a hour. Even though we had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the car, when we got there, their finance manager John had found us a better interest rate than we originally qualified for and saved us some money on top of the great deal. All in all a great experience. We will be buying another car soon from this dealership.

Just had an oil change done on my F150 , great service. Called in the morning for appointment and was able to get one on the same day--always a good thing. Took it in for the appointment, personnel are always friendly and helpful. Told it would take around 45 minutes but it took only about half of this time.

On November 1 2016 my wife and i purchased a 2016 F150 that wasn't at the Ramey dealership. But Larry Clark went the extra mile to find us the truck we wanted. We are very pleased with the truck and the experience we had at Ramey Ford Princeton,WV. jn@Mercer County

It took a little over 2 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation done. Ridiculous! Employees are rude too. As far as facilities, it's a nice place, i would just never come here again!

Before you buy call LT Schoonover at Ramey Ford. LT made the buying process easy and knocked down all the barriers that neighboring dealers put up. To top of off they drove my new car 2+ hours and delivered it to my house. Thanks Ramey and LT!
