Several years ago, we had purchased Ford Explorers, 2 door ones, from this dealership......when we needed a new vehicle, we opted to purchase a Dodge Dakota next.....this was truly a great little truck until a man totaled it in Dublin, Va on Jan. 19, 2015... Than the process of searching began for a new car....We decided to come back to Ford..... With the help of Larry Clark that dream came true. We bought a new Ford Edge on Feb. 19, one month after our accident and are quite happy with it. That is why I titled this, what goes around, comes around, we came back to you......Thank you very much.....

We agreed on a price and a few days later the MSRP from Ford went up. The salesman confirmed they would honor the price quoted a few days prior. When I said I was ready to buy the story changed and all of a sudden they had to check with Ford to make sure they could honor their price. This was just an excuse without telling me straight up they did not want to do the deal. A dealership that does business like this should be avoided. I secured the same deal with another dealer and they did not blink to finalize the deal so all was good on my end.

Ramey Ford is a great dealership. From the first stop to look for a truck to the last service I had. Justin Hall was helpful in finding what I wanted and helping with the buying process. Kathy in service has always been friendly and helpful everytime I've been there for work or just call to ask a question. Aaron and Victor in parts has been the same way everytime I've been to them or called.

I went in to have my truck serviced and for a recall. Everyone was friendly and it was done in no time.

Ramey Ford has shown professionalism and great customer care. Each call I make they are prompt and efficient. With each transaction I have left well pleased. Yes, I do tell my friends about Ramey's because I am a very pleased customer.

We went to the Ramey Ford web site looking for a car that we could afford and we found one, next we called to give them our information for a loan. The next day a gentleman by the name of LTSchoonover called with some great news, we got the loan. So we drove about an hour to meet with LT to talk about the car and go over the paper work. Let me tell you just how awesome our visit was, first he met us at the door, we talked, laughed and joked it was just an awesome experience and we where only there for about an hour and a half. Great People.

My oil change and tire rotation plus the works. Very pleasant experince everybody very pleasant and well manored. Timely quick in and out.

I have purchased a car every two to three years for the past 15 years as well as two vehicles for my wife in the last 5 years. I just bought another Truck last week and I went to the best in the business..R.C Fiery! He has always treated me with respect and does not try to push things on me or make me feel as if he doesn't want to help. I am a tough customer to deal with and I'll be the first to admit it, but R.C always takes the time to work with me and make the deal right. R.C and Ramey Ford are the best in the business! I know I have bought a car from every lot in the surrounding area and I will not go to anyone else! Keep up the great work guys.

After telling selsman what I wanted. He tried everything to put me in something I didn't need.. Finally, after making a deal on the truck I wanted to start with. I found out the hard way, next time I will be going somewhere else!

Everyone did their best to accommodate us in getting our vehicle repaired.
