Had a recall last month they took care of one without
Had a recall last month they took care of one without ordering part. Returned for wiper relay to be put on. I have sat here since 1:00 it is now 4:45. This appt was made last month.SMH NoW they are telling relay recall doesn't work. Wipers were working fine before bringing it in. Don't bring your recall responses here.

Ms. Rivers, we're sorry that the wait you experienced was frustrating. Your service advisor Keith advised you that the appointment was scheduled as a drop-off appointment but you elected to ask to wait. Keith advised he would try to get it done as soon as he could, but that still wouldn't be quick like an oil change. When your vehicle left, the wipers were working. If your experience contradicts the reality that the wipers are working currently, please call and ask for Jason Vaughan the Service Director as he would like to remedy the issue. We will coach our service advisors to make certain they strongly urge customers not to wait when they realize it will be a multiple hour visit to avoid such frustrations in the future. Our apologies that you felt your time wasn't valued.
When i made the appt i said i would wait. When he told me it was documented i was dropping it off i told him that was not what was said. He came to tell me at 445 he could not get wipers to work and i would have to leave my car..i said no i will bring it back because it was working initially. He came back out and said they got it to work. I just know from now on not to being it here. Everyone should not have to drop car off. I tried to make morning appt but August would be the only time.

This dealership is the perfect example of a bait and switch and waste of my time! I was given a written offer for my car, obviously pending a visual inspection, when I got to the dealership the Manager was RUDE, Laughed at me about the quote and said we'll see how much you get for that car. They REFUSED, FLAT OUT REFUSED to honor their written price! They offered me more than $7000 less and the car was 100% as advertised and in mint condition less than 2 years old with only 7000 miles. When I tried to negotiate, he told me if you have other offers, then go there! So much for SERVICE. Buyer beware if you have an offer from cars.com as this dealership, said they don't know anything and the are wrong on the price - then how about tell me that when I asked via phone if it was a valid price.

Bait and switch dealer!
Dealer refused to honor prices listed online. Saw the price, called dealer and was informed that the price was only accurate if I used financing from the dealer. That would have been fine except they couldn’t match the rate my bank had provided. Pretty shady to advertise a price and then not honor it. Too many dealers out there to play silly games like this.

Everything went smoothly. They have of added a market like adjustment- by adding a window anti-theft etching. But it’s a insurance reduction. Only issue I have is a mismatch between my loan approval and what I received.

Willie Stewart was fantastic to my wife and I. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8/1/2022. He and Hope Gillespie took very good care of us. No pressure sales. Polite and professional. Very poor service.
Very poor service. I was ignored for 25 minutes leaning on my cane while the Service department ignored me and continued to take care of everyone that arrived after me. I'll never go there again. Horrible service!

Jason, the service manager, was excellent to work with and made sure everything was done to plan and kept me in the loop. Will be returning here for regular service in the future.

Unlike many dealers I visited during my vehicle search the folks at Whitten Brothers of Midlothian actually seemed interested in my business. They were not aggressive but were definitely on the ball. Abdul was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and he had a lot of knowledge about processes. When I told them that I could get more for my trade-in at Carvana than they offered nobody tried to talk me out of it, they in fact encouraged me to take the better deal because it was in my best interests. I really appreciated that and it helped seal the deal as to my purchasing a used vehicle from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Hope in the financing department was also very good to work with.
