I was pleased that the Service Department was able to accommodate my request for the date and time of the appointment to do the oil change, rotate the tires, and check the fluid levels.

They didn't perform 172 point inspection on my certfied car

I purchased a Certified Explorer not even 6k miles ago from Conway, my vehicle has been in service 3 times, today for a recall and its first oil change, not even 6k miles after my purchase and I was told the brakes have less than 1mm remaining on the rear, I was told in order for a vehicle to be sold as certified it has to go thru a 172 point inspection and brake pads must have no less than 4mm at the time of purchase the sales manager TED MULLINS this has to be a driver issue, funny myself with an auto industry background in service, front brakes wear 50% faster than rear, no brakes should ever wear out in 6k miles under any braking conditions, especially the rear. This proves this dealership failed to properly inspect it prior to purchase, funny I have asked several times for the inspection sheets. This dealership will never get my business again and I hope my message stops just one customer from purchasing a vehicle from you. Because Bill Collins Ford has been amazing!!!

Conway Heaton

Service department got me in without an appointment, changed oil and stopped a small leak in tire. All done in 1 hour. Called me when ready. Very friendly staff. Always make me feel like I am the only customer they have. A salesman had on a UT shirt. Should not where that in Big Blue Nation territory.

Great Buying Experience

I originally came in to Conway-Heaton Ford on March 26, 2019 based on an Internet ad they ran for a 2017 Ford Mustang. I was able to look at the car on the lot without any salesperson jumping all over me. When I went into the office and asked for help, they promptly had Mr. Brad Gagne assist me. Brad is a first rate person and made my purchase one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had in buying a vehicle (and I've owned 17 vehicles). Brad, along with the management and staff of Conway-Heaton, including their Finance Manager, Mr. Greg Gephart, made it easy to obtain the financing on the car and close the deal by the evening of March 27, 2019. This dealership has been around for 100 years and with the friendly attitude of their people, like Brad and Greg, will likely still be in business 100 years from now.
