Buy local

I hate the car buying process. The time, the expense, the sales pressure all take their toll. I minimized it as much as possible and selecting the "right" dealer to buy from is the first thing you should consider. My local dealer is my first choice for convenience, but I have gone to the big city. Local has a big plus. You know the dealership's reputation,maybe even the employees. The dealer is very interested in your business and adding you to the goodwill of their company. I am very happy I chose this dealership.

Conway Heaton Ford

Test drove late Friday Night, filled out paperwork on line, received call the next morning that was approved and that Conway Heaton lowered the price of the car. Picked up car a few hours later, All the staff was polite, helpful and answered any questions that we had. Worth the drive from Louisville to Bardstown Kentucky!!!

Used car purchase - Good in the end

On the initial test drive, I noted excessive noise from under the vehicle. Otherwise, the car was fine. After a reasonable bit of negotiation, we agreed to a price but were delayed in closing the deal due to some administrative questions they had to research. Of course government offices with the answers were closed on the weekend. Finally, with questions answered in our favor, we were ready to close the deal. During the second test drive, the same noises were still present. I was very upset that (1) they had a week to make what were rally minor repairs, (2) had been told the car was ready, and (3) spent an hour driving there only to find out it wasn't fixed. Getting a more seasoned maintenance tech involved for the re-look proved to be the ticket as it only took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the issue. They ordered parts, we re-negotiated the deal, and ultimately purchased the car at a lower price. Although ours didn't go as smoothly as I wanted, I can and will recommend Conway-Heaton to others. The price was SUPER competitive to begin with and only got better. The staff is very friendly, and the buying process was extremely efficient.

I always bring my F150 here for oil changes and general maintenance. Carl does a great job of getting everything taken care of for me quickly an promptly. The technicians know me here and my truck , so why go anywhere else, they always listen to my questions an concerns.
