Bumper repair

Did a great job car looked like new They repaired my bumper instead of me having to purchase a new one which saved me money Finished time was delayed but no big deal since they saved me $$$$

Great service at Conway Heston Ford

Blower motor went out on heater. They were quick to detect the issue and to find my battery was bad at the same time. Got new battery immediately and they had the new part next day. Offered shuttle service while my truck was being worked on. Appreciate the great customer service. Christy was very helpful the whole time.

Service

The service was excellent. The only complaint I have is the wait time for an appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks before they could see my car, which was undriveable. Luckily, I had an old truck to drive. If not, I would have had to rent a car. That's upsetting, especially when it is a warranty issue.

Best Body shop I've seen and worked with.

I was thoroughly delighted with the work that Conway-Heaton body shop did on the tail gate of our F150. It is always a pleasure to work with these artists. This is the second time that I have used this shop to repair the body of my car and truck and as usual, they got the colors right -- there is no evidence of the repair at all. I've worked with other body shops over the last 40 years and will tell you that Steve and his staff will treat you like a king (or queen) and repair the damages at a very reasonable fee; they are very competitive and not your typical dealership operation (known for commanding higher than market rates). There are a great may businesses that could take a lesson from this outfit in terms of "customer service" and fair pricing. They are by far the best body shop I have seen in terms of accuracy, customer care, and delivery. "Adobe" is a very difficult color to match and blend but they got this one perfect -- no one could identify the damage if asked. If you need body work done, these guys are the real experts and artists. John Giardina Bardstown, KY

Bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica

We had a pleasant experience, Brad Gagne is a great sales person. We already owned a 2004 Pacifica which the service department just repaired the fan on. They were honest with the price which was half what we were quoted elsewhere. Fast, efficient, and courteous!

F350 truck service

Professional, personal, peaceful... Confident, competent, convenient and competitive... Experienced, entirly process-driven, excellent explanations of system audits. Trustworthy, truthful, and thankfulness clearly and personally expressed for my business. And finally, friendly ( Bill Conway came by in the waiting room and stopped to greet customers.
