Greg was very professional and Dan Hicks explained well enough to my understanding, all the staff was very nice and caring. I jusy don't know anyone else who needs another car as I was looking for.

My service went well as usual, but my car needed 5.5 quarts of oil and I was charged for a full quart for that half. If you're going to do that, I think you should the give the half-quart of oil in a bottle or credit it to the next time. I don't think it's fair to be charged for a full quart I didn't even get all of. Thanks.

Great experience (almost perfect).
Very pleasant and helpful folk. Only complaint is when I left the dealership and got about a mile up the road, I noticed the gas guage was on empty. I pulled in and filled the tank. Took 15.98 gallons (I think it is a 16 gallon tank). Given the push and rush to get the car ready for us, I assume that was an oversight. All around great experience (coming fro one who was salesman of the month a couple of times at Sam Swope Infiniti - quite a few years ago). Thanks for everything.
