We called early in the day to make certain the vehicle was still on the lot and available for sale. The customer service rep was very helpful and actually walked out onto the lot to see the vehicle with his own two eyes before we made the two hour drive to test drive it. We were greeted at the door by our salesperson and he was AWESOME throughout the buying process. It should be noted that we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time on a Friday evening, but the entire staff did not seem to be frustrated at all about having to stay late. The vehicle was in great shape, drove great, and was exactly as advertised. The negotiating process was as painless as any we have had over the past 20 years. The price of the vehicle we purchased was below what we had priced for similar vehicles elsewhere and they gave us a very fair price on our trade-in vehicle. Everyone from the customer service representative, to our sales representative, to the car sales manager who approved the deal, to the finance guy who guided us through signing all the legal paperwork, everyone was super friendly and professional. It was our first visit to this dealership, but we will certainly be checking with them again prior to buying our next vehicle.
