I, was in and out within 45 minutes of Conway servicing my Ford Escape. I had a Ford recall on my vehicle engine.

Buyer?s Remorse

The people I dealt with during the buying process was great. Very friendly with no pressure to buy. They even threw in a spray on bed liner at my request. I am just disappointed with the purchase itself. I bought a 2013 F-150 because of its low mileage and fetuses I wanted. The truck looked in great shape but once I brought it home I discovered numerous places of rust throughout the truck. Needless to say I have regrets on buying this particular truck due to the rust issues it has.

Impressed with the way our issue was handled...quick,concise and friendly. Appreciate being made to feel like a person...not just a number. Routine oil change

Stopped in for an oil change on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has 186,000 miles. Them to also check around under the engine as it has been leaking some oil. They checked it over good and gave me an estimate for fixing the problem and also found that a rear taillight was also not working. I didn?t have time that day for the additional service but said I could call back and set it up when convenient. Great folks to work with!!
