Bill Weaver in Service is wonderful.

Bill Weaver in Service is wonderful. He meets me at my car, listens while explain the problem, and then explains to me what has to be done. In addition, when my car is ready, he tells me what was done. I don’t think the new staff that I have encountered in the recent past realizes how important that kind of customer care is. Bill is the kind of person that will keep me returning to Moses! 5 stars for Bill

Recall

I called to purchase a 2nd key fob for my car. I was told my car Vin number did not exist. I checked it 4 different places and all had the same vin. I called a 2nd BMW dealer in Louisville and they pulled up my car off my vin right away and also notified me of a recalI. I called back to Moses to have them try again and they said there was no other way to look up vehicles but I could get the parts number and they could order it for me but couldn’t fix a recalm without pulling up the vin. I asked Moses to call Louisville and get the information they needed directly from the parts department there. They refused. I purchased the key fob and had my recall fixed from the polite, courteous, and willing staff at Louisville BMW instead.

Very efficient and professional information asked for was provided asap Casey Sharp was so kind to come in on her day off to deliver our BMW. No price games and cheap sales tactics which so many salespeople routinely try and I absolutely hate. Alex who delivered our car and set everything up for us was exceptional as well. Great experience
