Great dealership, friendly service I was in and out in no time. Daniel Hines great salesman to deal with even helped me change out cover and mats from my trade to new truck in the pouring rain. Overall great experience!

Run!!! Far, Far Away!!!

Avoid like the plague!!! Offered me $65k for my 2022 BMW M8 Competition Convertible with 15k miles. Fair trade-in value was $87k at the time. You can do better. Drive to any major metropolitan area (Columbus, Charlotte, etc.) and save 10’s of thousands.

We are sorry you feel this way. The reason your trade value on your M8 was lower than expected was due to the fact that the break-in service due for M vehicles between 800 and 1,200 miles was not performed, which on this specialty model voids the warranty. This is a liability for any dealership or next owner which we were not comfortable to pass along. Also, the vehicle was smoked in. We suspect that these other dealers did not appraise the vehicle in person and were not aware of these issues. When we tried to discuss with you, you left without giving us a chance to explain. Our apologies, but we care about thoroughness and ensuring that our future customers will not be stuck with a problem vehicle at an inflated value.

Worst Service Department Experience Ever!

Service Dept. Car accident 09/07 towed in. They documented dropped off 09/11. called 3-4 times a week. Kept getting runaround. They ordered wrong parts, Mitsubishi delivered wrong parts. Promised call backs within 5 minutes to next day, never received 1. Put calls in acting mngr Dave Avery, was adv call back within an hour. Never received one. I called 10/24 told car would be finished by end of day except for cleaning. Told them I would be there after noon 10/25. Was advised car wasn't ready, still missing 4 "decorative" parts to bumper. We knew car was dirty and accepted that, we had told them for weeks we could not continue to afford our rental car as our insurance stopped coverage 10/06 due to ongoing medical issues in home and high expenses due to that. IGNORED! Then found out when we got home, 1 headlight not hooked up, blinkers not working. Ridiculous. Dave A. number 1 acting mngr shame on him for not following up. David S for the most promises to follow up and did not and never did one answer he gave come through, always an excuse., and the woman who answers the phone in the service department Deidre? has to be the rudest customer service example I've ever come across. We got our car back 2 weeks ago, still waiting on the call that our remaining parts are in. HAH. I guess our lawyer will be the next call.

The representatives in the service department are

The representatives in the service department are courteous, prompt and informative of all work completed and needing to be completed on my car. The dealership even sent me home in a loaner (an hour from the dealership) when unexpected work needed to performed on my car and then brought my car to me when the work was completed.
