Steven Kia

I've had 3 Kia's and didn't really want another. Not because they aren't great cars, but because we didn't want to have two at the same time. This dealership changed my mind because it is such a different buying experience. No back & forth between salesman & finance guy & they really seem to be doing best job to get you the best deal. Push for additional warranty packages was a bit stronger than had been in the past, which was midly annoying, otherwise I would have given a perfect score.

Friendly to entire family. Wanted to find what suited our needs as a family with 3 kids that needed to have their "own space" and features in a vehicle.

I went in to look at a 2013 Kia sportage. I test drive a black sx and loved it. When I went to get my vehicle appraised for the trade in, found out they sold the black one, but had a red ex model. Chris told me it was a 1000 more than the other one. I fell in love with it only to find out it was almost 4000 more. Matt spoke to me and my dad and got a perfect deal worked out. I got the car I've been wanting! I would have rated higher, but didn't appreciate being lied to that much. Many thanks to Matt and Michael.

Puchased Kia Sotento SX w/ Premium Pkg - 10/18/12. Best new car buying experience. Absolutely no hard sell. Several visits to test drive - no problem. Very friendly - not shuffeled around. Negotiated "out the door" price. Visted 2 other dealers. Stevens beat their price by $500+ (even the so called "low price dealer" - 100+ miles from my home). Free 1 year maintenance. Absolutely a fair and pleasant experience.

Just purchased our 3rd Kia from Steven Kia. First two times we purchased a new car, and this time we purchased a used car for our son. Ricardo did his best to make sure we got the best deal possible. All the guys are great. Evertyhing went well, except for a missing 2nd key, and I hope that they will be able to resolve that soon!

These are a great bunch of guys. I just bought my third new kia sorento from here. I wouldn't go to any other dealership even though there is another one closer to where I live.

I don't think I have ever had a nicer salesperson helping me in the purchase of a car. It was very pleasent and fast no hassels.

My experience at Steven Kia was outstanding. My old car was wonderful, and I wasn't that excited about making a change. However, I needed more hauling capacity and wanted more money in my wallet at the end of each month =) Needless to say, the terms had to be right for me to be willing to change cars. The team at Steven Kia worked tirelessly to find a loan with terms that were satisfactory to me. I feel their price was fair, and their attention was exceptional.

Both employees i worked with were great. The sale was pretty much smooth except for a little glitch in the paper work. I would recommend them for sure. Only negative is that they did not have the keyless entry remotes and only had one key.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a car we saw online. We get there and Jake takes us to look at the car at Steven Toyota. It was okay. We test drove a Ford truck. We go back to the Kia place with Jonathan and Jake. We were sold. We purchased 2 vehicles from these guys. A 2013 Kia Soul and a 2008 Ford F159 Lariat. Those guys are the finest group of people I have ever dealt with. We will never shop anywhere else again. I will also recommend this dealership to ALL who will listen. Mike, Jake, Jonathan and the rest of the family at Steven Kia were incredible. We were there around 6 hours today and had a blast. That was the most fun I've had buying a car ever.
