I have had work on my KIA Sedona several times and each time I have been very pleased with the work and the time spent there. The last time I came in I had more work to be done than the time would allow and Mike made sure I received a rental so the work could be done in one trip. All work has been done in the time given and for the price given although it is usually in less time and less cost than I expected. Everyone is always professional and friendly and it is a pleasure to have work done there since there are comfortable seating and coffee if needed. I would, without reservation, recommend you for work or for purchase. The next time I need a car I will look here before any other place.

My vehicle was taken in a timely manner and everything done that I requested (even an extra request at the last minute). All items that I had ordered on-line that needed to be installed were installed. My coupon was honored. Employee(s) very friendly. I really like being able to schedule my appointments on-line.

I cannot say enough good things about Kia Service. I have been taking my car there for almost 9 years. Several times I have come in next to tears, including the day of my father's funeral when "Jen" took me on short notice because my car could not be driven to Charlotte and she got me all fixed up. Patrick and Mike always say hi to me by name when I walk in the door. Several times they have taken my car late in the day when something unexpected happened and had it fixed by 6:00. Once I needed printouts of all the service calls when I was considering selling it, and they were provided to me by the administrative person(now I keep them all in a folder!) I trust you all--and that is saying a lot. You help me keep up with what needs to be done on my car. It is great to know you have all my service records right there in the computer. I appreciate the wifi in the service lounge, though real cream for the coffee would be wonderful :-) Most of all, I just appreciate everyone being so friendly and nice.

My first purchase from them was the Soul, my mind was already set, and the 5speed was hard to find...but they had it.Drove to Harrisonburg from Stephens City, Ricardo and the crew worked as a team. Few months later I realize the 5speed wasn't right for me, Ricardo, said I'll be here to serve you and truly make you happy.I looked at the automatic Soul, but Rico really knew what car would truly suit me.(Had the Soul 9mos,)I drove out with the Rio...I'm head over heels with my new car, it truly fits me. He did me right! The first purchase, my mind was set...second time, my sales rep had a better idea of who I was...I will always go to him first. That staff is truly great...I'll recommend them always...and when they see my car..they'll want one too.

i called steven kia today and talked to a sales man and he explained about the spare,,he was really nice and explained how all works,,i wish i would have got his name,,he explained clearly about my warrenty and why there is no spare tire in the kia soul,,it is a wounderfull car and fun to drive and you cant beat the warrenty so i would highly recomend steven kia,,he was so nice,,he even told me when i came in for my free service they would give me free gas,,thanks steven kia
