I rated good because the parts were not pre-ordered for my appointment even though it is under warranty. I would have rated it all greats had my parts been ordered and placed on my vehicle instead of causing me to make an extra trip to the shop.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Frye. He was very accomadating and helpful. I didn't get to meet the staff that prepared the vehicle for me but they did a wonderful job. My family and I enjoyed the service and friendliness at Steven Kia.

My husband and I loved working with Ricardo at Steven Kia. We had been to a couple other dealerships and were not impressed with the overall customer service. At Steven Kia they were friendly and able to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They also did not try to throw me into any car just to sell one, like the other dealerships did.
