Having worked in high end retail sales previously and being a business management major, and currently working as an engineering contractor to a state agency, I was pleasantly impressed with how very affable yet professional appearing the staff was and how comfortable Chris made the whole process for us. The dealership's pricing was within the upper average range but they were fair and the negotiation process was not as weighty as I had anticipated it would be. They listened to and addressed our concerns and answered our questions. They helped make us feel more confident about purchasing a used vehicle and they treated our sale as important as, and as well as if we had been purchasing their newest top-end vehicle in their line. Granted the vehicle was what we had wanted to purchase, but it was Chris and the staff who met our key points and really made this sale happen. They came across as very genuine and not either too fawning, nor pretentious in order to make this sale. Their relaxed and supportive style made a big difference, we did not feel any pressure nor did we feel we were being "led" into this sale. There was a feeling of total respect and desire to meet our needs and less of a feeling of their need to sell us their vehicle. I hope the dealership can clearly see what an asset their sales team is, and in particular Chris's style. When I ever decide to start my own business, I feel very confident that I would love to have an assest like him on my own team.

We had been to several other dealers looking at vehicles...
We had been to several other dealers looking at vehicles before going to Harrisonburg to Steven Kia. After looking online and contacting the online sales #, they emailed us information on a few different vehicles that we were interested in. After reviewing the information we decided to go and check out one of the vehicles. We were met at the dealership by Ricardo and Michael. Ricardo showed us the vehicle that we were interested in and some others that he thought we would like. We ended up getting one that he recommended and were very satisfied with the whole process. We were there after hours finishing the deal and the paperwork, yet we did not feel like we were being pushed or rushed. Michael did an excellent job with the paperwork, explaining the warranty and such. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our bluetooth and satelite service and going over the functions of the vehicle. Both Ricardo and Michael were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We were very impressed and will return for our future vehicle needs and will send others their way.

I found the car my daughter wanted, for a good price,...
I found the car my daughter wanted, for a good price, without having to haggle, and they gave me an outstanding interest rate, better than I could get with my own bank. I will shop here again. The only problem I found is a lack of response from internet requests. I tried twice and still haven't heard back. But, once you are there and meet the sales associates, you forget about the other.

The actual day of sale was a little bumpy but I was very pleased with how every person in the building jumped in and made it go smoothly. They all work together great as a team. I'm in love with my new car! Since the purchase there has been follow up from Steven Kia to be sure that I am pleased. I wanted a very specific car and they were one of few dealers in the state that had it. It was worth the drive. This is my second purchase. Thank you!

Very pleasant and professional experience, no high pressure sales very laid back but productive visit. Willing to negotiate on price and finding a suv in our price range. By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It was a weird feeling to leave not feeling like I got ripped off.

I recently visited Steven Kia and was fortunate enough to have a wonderful Salesman by the name of Ricardo. From beginning to end he was very friendly,knowledgable and willing to assist me with my every question and concern with a smile on his face. Most salesman/dealerships are "pushey" from the get go in trying to make you purchase something that you don't want or need and I don't feel that is the experience I had with Ricardo. I think he is a GREAT asset to your team and will highly recommend him in the future :) Thanks again!!!

I specialize in energy efficient computing (Green IT), so it is important for me to have a hybrid vehicle. For the last two years I did not like anything on the market until now. I saw a commercial of the Kia Optima Hybrid, and had to have one. I looked for a dealership outside of the DC metropolitan area to get a better price. I worked with Ricardo Raymond over the phone and through the internet for a couple weeks. I drove 2 hours down to Harrisonburg from Ashburn. When I got there, they had everything ready. The car was better in person. They had me in and out of there really fast. The drive back was awesome! Ricardo Raymond made sure that all the typical headaches that occur during a car sale, were eliminated. If you want a fair price, no hassle, car transaction, then you have to go see Ricardo Raymond down at Steven Kia in Harrisonburg, VA.

When buying this car I feel like they sales man was very deceptive. I tried to leave several times and instead of letting me think about it and do some research, he intentionally did not want me to leave. Knowing that if I did research and found out that he was not accually giving me a good deal. Then I thought I was paying one price and on the papers when I got home it was another price. I thought he was totally wrong acting like he was doing me a favor and all along was being deceitful. I will not recommend anyone and if anyone ask I will not give Steven Kia or Ricardo Raymond a good or even ok review. If I could take the car back I defenitly would. Not because I don't like the car, but because I paid too much for the type of vehical and payment that I got.

Michael went above and beyond to help me find a 4-Runner within my budget. Michael and the sales team were extremely courteous and professional during the entire process. They were very friendly and thoroughly explained all options and costs involved with my purchase. I have already referred many of my friends to Steven Kia--if you want to be treated right, go to Steven Kia! This sales team is AWESOME!

I had been looking to purchase a new car and stopped by Steven KIA as a potential option. I was met by Chris Payne on the lot who was able to thoroughly explain to me all of the features and benefits of each car I was interested in. He was very patient with me as I am not one to make a quick decision and my kids were continually needing my attention. After having been to another KIA down the road and not experiencing the quality service that I was at Steven KIA, I was willing to give my business to Steven KIA. Chris was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was still doin fine! I also worked with the finance manager, Jake Sodikoff, during my transaction. He really seemed to have my best interest in mind and showed me the leasing me car would be the best option. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and customer service skills. He is also a great dresser. I think that as good of an experience as buying a car can be... this was the best. Thanks Steven KIA. I'll be sure to come back!
