Things are slipping.
It was pouring when I dropped off the car. The ink on the envelope bled all over. I was drenched. You need an awning. The girl in charge of tinting did not give my keys to whoever brought up my car when I picked it up after work. She was not answering her phone when Bruce tried to call her. The interior of the showroom/waiting area is really getting shabby. Dave Sr. would never allow that. I always leave my lights on auto. I did not realize that auto was turned off. Please return settings to where customer has them. Thank God for Bruce (Naes). If he had left, I would still be waiting for my keys.

Very happy with people n experience
We could not have been more pleased with Adam Wilcox and Terry Landers. Both men were fair, friendly and knew what they were talking about in all of the vehicles that we were interested in. I loved the young lady and Adam taught us about the phone and the goodies on the dash. We bought the Edge and now can't wait ti drive it.

Body shop work
One of the worst experiences of my life. My car was there 5 seperate times and they took no ownership what so ever. Do not let them work on your car otherwise it will take almost a year to get it completed.
