Always great service

I brought my car in for routine service and because of the miles on it, the service department always checks to make sure I am up to date on suggested maintenance. I like it because they give me an estimate for the service so I can budget for my next visit.

Excellent buying experience!

We initially went to Dave Sinclair Ford to look at a Chevrolet Traverse, but after we couldn't make the deal, our salesman, who we felt was determined to send us on our way completely satisfied, along with the mgr, showed us a few Escapes they had for sale. My wife settled on the one we purchased, and the deal was made easily. Their price was fair, and they offered us close to what we were asking for our trade-in. I've already told the rest of my family and friends about our experience at Dave Sinclair Ford, and when I'm ready to buy another vehicle, Dave Sinclair Ford will be the first dealership I go to! Thank you!

Great service

I had my oil changed and had good service. My only problem was when I came to pick up my car and went outside to wait for it to be brought out I waited about 10 minutes and it wasn't coming so I had to go back inside to let them know and they had to call for it again because the first message to the delivery guy wasn't heard

Everything was great However they changed their showroom leaving almost nothing to look at and to crowded.

Great service

I was running errands and a warning light -low tire pressure -came on. I immediately took the car to the Dave Sinclair where I purchased it. Even though I did not have an appointment, my concern was addressed immediately. Matt explained everything that was done to the car. My tires were fine. The air pressure dropped because of a drastic change in weather. He also told me that they had done a routine check of the entire car. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. Thanks to Dave Sinclair ford for taking good care of a senior citizen.
