Fast efficient service, as always

Partook of the special deals you offered on oil change and wiper blades. Service is always timely and the service guys are courteous.

report on service dept at Dave Sinclair Ford

Service dept has usually been slow on simple tasks....1/2 day for an oil change(?) Quality of work has been excellent, as far as I can tell. The past two visits have been vast improvements. Service counselor, customer representative, Craig has been super as I calmly explained my concerns a while back; also affirming that Sinclair has treated me well on 3 car purchase transactions, service has been good since first purchase in 2005, wish they had Fast Lane service concept, etc. So, the 8/11 recall item on adjusting computer for side/overhead air bags was taken care of in about 1 1/2 hrs. bad service needs improvment

Scott who help me was wonderful I ran in to a problem when I went to pay my bill & picking up my car I was there over 30 min waiting for my car plus no one told me I had to go to two places to pay my bill I was not happy & then when pain shop found my car he came in to me & said your car is parked at service dept were I paid my first bill wanted me to to back over to service dept to get my car after waiting over 30 mins for my car I said no you bring my car here to me I won't be back that was enough for me I was there a total of over 45min when it should have maybe 20mins

Could not have done more.

Bought a used 2012 Explorer. The dealer went above and beyond to find the car we wanted. And did everything we asked.

Love the new car!

Matt Birkenmeier helped my husband and I select our new Ford Focus Titanium. He showed us different models and explained all the new car features in a clear, pressure-free way. He worked with the service department to check on different options for us and when the car we selected had a small scratch on the bumper he set-up for it to be corrected. The body shop didn't just do a noticeable touch-up but rather repainted the whole bumper and it looks perfect. Will definitely go back to Dave Sinclair and Matt when it is time for my husband to get a new truck!

The service department rocks

I have taken my van to many dealerships to get it worked on over the years but Dave Sinclair service is by far the best. Bruce Naes is very knowledgeable and is the best reason to visit the service department.

Body Shop Repair and Service Dept

Our vehicle was rear-ended and the body shop did an excellent job repairing it in a very timely manner and you'd never know it was in an accident. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. We then had it serviced (oil change/tire rotation) and the service department was equally professional, friendly and courteous.

Great customer service

Mike Baugh was our salesman and was very upfront and honest from the time we walked in the building. I do not feel like he pressured us to make a sale and was very honest about the cars, helping me to make my decision. This was my very first car i have bought and Mike explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting.
