Excellent service
We have a 2010 Ford Fusion. We had the oil changed on 8-12-14 and were very pleased with the service. The timing was very good. The review we received was very helpful and explained to great detail. We have always received great service, worked with very knowledgeable people, and an excellent staff. Thank you for servicing our car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Recall repair
My expectations were exceeded. I was told this recall repair would take a few hours. I brought my car in and was waiting for the car rental desk to open. After 10 minutes max I was told my car was ready. The repair was not as extensive so they went ahead and took care of it for me.

Oil change
I came in for an oil change. On the radio they had been advertising at Ford dealers this service for $39.00 and a $10.00 rebate form to make it cost $29.00 but at your dealership they charged me $44.00 I was somewhat disappointed. I do have confidence in your dealership and plan to continue doing business with you.
