Excellent Service Department

Ther service technician Scott was very courteous and knowledgable. He even made a call to CNA to see if I had an extended warranty - in which I did. He gave me their number to get further information from them. He told me approximately how long it would take for my car to be completed and then came to the waiting room to let me know they were getting close to be done. These are the reasons why I chose Dave Sinclair service team for all of my needs for the Ford Fusion. Keep up the great work!!

Great Service Department, very helpful.

How my visit was handled by Service Tech, Bruce Naes. Unknown to me that my repairs we covered under Factory Warranty.

Mice in the Fusion

Mike was VERY helpful. We had a WEIRD situation where rodents had chewed through the wiring harness of my Fusion and locked up the brakes, steering... everything.

Great customer service but confusing paperwork

Randy Graves was very friendly, pleasant, extremely helpful and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new car.

Top notch staff, knowledgable and very friendly

Well, we were impressed with the eagerness of the online team right from the start. I requested information on several vehicles off the web and Marie called and was so pleasant while setting an appointment for our test drives. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and Mr. Randy Graves was with us in moments, he listened to our needs and kept us informed during the whole process. He always had a straight answer to our questions. Once we decided on a vehicle and agreed on the price he introduced us to Mr Sebom Kim to discuss our finance options.. Sebom actually made a tedious process enjoyable, and he helped steer us to a great interest rate and coverage plans for our Escape purchase... Overall experience

Bob Spicer was just excellent!! He made sure we got the vehicle that we wanted even though it was a little extra trouble for him to search for it out of the local area. BTW, this survey is being completed by Pat Garren, the co-buyer.
