Great Service. Felt like family once we came in

Joe Palumbo was great as always. He is a family friend and took care of everything we needed. Sebom was well - Sebom! His brain was not fully operational until about 10am. He too is a family friend and was great as well. I am just giving him a hard time.

Great service

The gentleman that helped me in your service dept. took the time to explain my warranty and my extended warranty. He told me how long it would take, and service was completed on time.

Freat sevice friendly staff

The entire staff were very friendly. I never felt pressured into buying a car. I believe I got a fair price and I think they also made a fair profit,

Great service

Dave Sinclair goes all out to satisfy the customer. From the front to the back outstanding job. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else. These people are as trustworthy as they come. I am completely satisfied.

Timely service saves us a day of downtime

We dropped off the Edge the evening before our appointment. Since the shop was not busy, they took the car in and performed the maintenance while we waited. Saved us day and return trip to the dealer

great service

It's quick and easy and the customer service rep was very explanatory about what my car needed at what times...I dropped my car off thinking it would take awhile and before I knew it they were calling saying it was done already....very impressed...

Great service; friendly staff.

I was greeted right away and my car was serviced in a timely manner. The service group is friendly even though it's obvious they are busy.

Great service, facilities so so

My salesman Jim Culp was very kind and knowlegible. Gave me what I thought was fair deal on my purchase of a 2012 Ford Fusion and even bought dinner for my wife & I money from his own pocket, I would definetly recommend a friend and Dave Sinclair Ford to anyone!
