Pricey repairs but Aaron is recommended
Aaron in the service department is a great guy but he is not enough reason for me to continue to shop at this location or get repairs done there routinely. Factors that determined this for me: 1) this location does NOT take the Ford service credit card; 2) my repairs would have been covered by a recall if I had had a 2013 Taurus but Ford has yet to offer one for the 2014. That means I spent $2,700+ for this repair. 3) Prince Frederick Ford lost my spare physical key that was attached to my remote buzzer key 4) even after spending $2,700+ my car wasn't even vacuumed or washed before I picked it up. On the plus side: Aaron arranged a nice loaner for me while my car was being repaired.

2017 Ford Edge
Our salesperson, Dennis Pett (I hope that's his last name) at Prince Frederick Ford was such a pleasant person and very professional. He never came across as pushy so when we left the dealership to think about the possible purchase we knew that if we were going to but the car it would be from Dennis. What impressed us the most was his ability to answer any question we had about the Ford Edge. He was very knowledgeable about the car. When he answered our questions, he took the time to show us where and how to use/activate what we asked him about. We have bought many cars in our lifetime and he was truly one of the best salesman we have worked with. I'm sorry that I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped us with the financing but she also was very pleasant and professional.

2017Ford focus
My salesman Jared was great, my experience with the financial deal was not so good, very pushy and not willing to negotiate, and my finance chargers were higher than my past Ford's that were purchased at other dealerships, the dealership store very clean and comfortable. Also spoke with Lisa in customer service, very sweet and professional. I just chalk it up to a woman being in the buying process alone.?
