Excellent service

I went to PF Ford not knowing which vehicle I wanted. Greg and Gerald were very helpful and patient with me showing me several different vehicles. They were able to answer every question I had. The entire staff was extremely professional yet made me feel as if I had known them forever. I did purchase a new F 250 super duty. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to end. They took the time to go over the entire truck with my husband and I to make sure we knew how to use everything on the truck. I also took my father there who is 82 about 8 months ago who purchased a truck also. I will not hesitate to return for any further vehicles we may need.

2018 F 150 4X4 Incredible Dealiership experience

John Crisafulli and Lisa Davis were incredible. John made my wife and I feel as family and not pressured into purchasing the truck. John was able to answer all of our questions. This was my Wife's first vehicle that we purchased. She never bought a vehicle and they way John made us feel like family, we will always buy from Prince Frederick Ford. Lisa did an incredible job as to getting information on accessories and scheduling the appointment. Lisa always kept me informed as the progress of the accessories. This had been the best time I ever had at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. John, Lisa and the Finance manager are prime example of how a business should be run and to make total strangers feel like family! Ford F-150 purchase

Good people and pleasent to do business with. They seemed honest and there were no pressure sales especially in fiance. Other places put a lot of pressure to sell the extended warranties and they didn't . Thhey were very professional.

Doesn?t accept the Ford Service Card?!

This dealership does not accept Ford?s flagship service credit card. The one that brings people in because of 0% financing and rebates. Unless you have stacks of cash around, don?t plan on getting it maintenanced here. Get with it PF Ford.

I like the car, rides and handels good great on gas, the only problem I have is getting in and out of it because I have bad knees.
