Kaylee went above and beyond- we showed up about 5 minutes before the dealership closed to look at a used SUV. That one didnt work out for us, but a new one did. Kaylee was excellent, straightforward, the staff as a whole was very easy to work with, and it was one of the easiest experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.

The complaint I have, is that the people that answer the phone need to have a better ability to listen and follow instructions. If something is unclear, they cannot be afraid to ask questions, or for help. My truck could have been done in one day, instead it took two. Service was good.

It’s okay, that’s it nothing special. Made an appointment for a oil change then got a call 4 days later I needed to make an appointment for an oil change. So the left doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
