She fought for me with a third party warranty company to get a faulty A/C system replaced on a Ranger with less than 19,000 miles on it. And they finally agreed to pay to replace the whole unit. She was available for communication quickly via text.

Had f150 diagnosed.

Had f150 diagnosed. The sunroof glass was not properly put back in. No bolts were used. The sunroof flew out while driving and damaged the sunroof and truck. Dealership said they were not responsible because there was an aftermarket piece used on the sunroof. What? Over $5k damage. A technician from another dealership stated that there’s no way bolts were utilized when putting glass back in. These things just don’t fly out and it certainly wasn’t flying out before they touched it. These guys are a joke.

To our knowledge, we have not received a demand letter.

We will see if I get a response. Had an attorney send a demand letter with an expiration date of 07/10; no response. I have now filed an insurance claim and hopefully we can get something resolved.
